Norma STRACENER

Co-Founder and Managing Partner 

Norma brings over 30 years’ experience as a corporate consultant, coach, marketing and managed care contracting expert to the industry serving many national and regional post-acute provider companies like HEALTHSOUTH, Kindred Healthcare and the Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital network of Partners Healthcare System. Her work has helped to build referral networks and alliances, improve payer reimbursement and patient retention at the health system level.  

​Norma is a graduate of Arkansas State University and Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley. 

Chris WASEL

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

​​Chris brings over 25 years' experience, including 15 years of experience in physician, medical, and dental practice management and skilled nursing facility, outpatient rehab center, and diagnostic service operations management including multi-site, multi-state oversight.  Most recently, Chris has 6 years network management services and health information technology (HIT) development, operations, and consulting experience.

Chris is a graduate of University of New Hampshire and Harvard Business School, Harvard University.
